Her time with Enventure
Geraldine was a consulting team member with Enventure from 2018 to 2020, working alongside fellow members on the case-based, hands-on consulting projects the program is known for.
What she's doing now
Today, Geraldine works for a biotherapeutics-focused venture capital firm, investing in private and public therapeutics companies from early clinical development through commercialization. Her role centers on supporting investment decisions — work that draws on the same analytical rigor and cross-disciplinary thinking Enventure consulting projects demand.
What stuck with her
When we asked Geraldine what she took away from her time with Enventure, she pointed to two things: the exposure to different career paths, and the people she met along the way.
"It helped me learn about career alternatives and new skills, connect with people who wanted a similar career trajectory."
Her advice for current members
Geraldine's advice to current Enventure members is short, and it's one we hear often from our alumni:
"Get to know your fellow Enventure members — some might become lifelong friends."
